I'm a pre-diabetes health & lifestyle coach. I serve clients who have an elevated A1C level and have been diagnosed by their physician as being pre-diabetic and who want to reduce their A1C level without having to take medication, even if they have a family history of type 2 diabetes.
I help people get started on their weight loss journey, provide them with ongoing support and accountability, teach them delicious recipes, help them overcome their emotional eating habits, and provide them with a community of others who are also contending for their health so that they have the tools and support they need to reach their health goals.
