Sometimes we have to make some choices when we're out and about but really, it's the consistency that is the important thing. If you consistently make bad choices, that are not consistent with your goal, then you will stay in a place of frustration and not growth. However, if you are making good choices on a consistent basis, then you will not only achieve your goal but also maintain it once you do.
