The Cruise to Better Health 

Pack your bags. Block some time off on your calendar. And get ready to sail on the virtual seas with A1C Health®’s Cruise to Better Health.  We’ll set sail for three months, cruising at 3 knots per hour. 

We’ll start with your cruise orientation, followed by helping you steer clear of stress. Each week, we’ll journey on a different path until we finally return to dock when you are ready to sail solo.

In addition to your days at sea, we’ll pull into ports to enjoy some time on land with knowledgeable guest speakers who specialize in diabetes management, including registered dietitians, endocrinologists, and other industry professionals.
