Hi, I'm Lauryn Bryght.

In addition to maintaining an a1c level in the low 5s, I have helped my clients improve their health as well. Be that losing hundreds of pounds, learning simple nutrition basics, delicious recipes or learning and implementing the healthy habits that enable them to reduce their A1C levels and maintain a healthy weight.

I have been invited to speak to large and small groups (in person and virtually) about my health journey and have been honored to share my recipes and my journey-to-wellness story in online, in print publications and on several social media channels.
