Hi, I'm Lauryn Bryght.
In addition to losing 97 pounds, I've helped clients lose hundreds of pounds, learn simple nutrition basics and healthy habits that enable them to keep their weight off!

I have been invited to speak to large and small groups about my health journey and have been honored to share my wellness story (and recipes!) in media nationwide.
My work now involves helping women get into their pre-menopausal wardrobes and their skinny jeans!
I also help them prevent the onset of Type 2 diabetes by teaching them simple mindset shifts, A1C-friendly recipes and virtually offering them accountability in a super supportive community so they can have more energy, reduce joint pain and sleep better.
I love inspiring women to contend for their health and being an example that even after turning 50, weight loss and maintenance are possible for them just like it has been for me since turning 50 over 6 years ago.
