Two 1-hour guided sessions per week:
1 Planning Session; come on Thursdays at 7 pm CST and get input and decide on your meals for the week
1 Prepping Session; come ready to cook on Sundays at 4 pm CST! Have your ingredients ready, grab your apron and let's cook!
