I help them prevent the onset of Type 2 diabetes by teaching them simple mindset shifts, A1C-friendly recipes and virtually offering them accountability in a super supportive community so they can improve their lifestyle, have more energy, reduce joint pain and sleep better.
I love inspiring women to contend for their health and being an example that even after turning 50, weight loss and maintenance are possible for them just like it has been for me since turning 50 over 6 years ago.
